What is this service?

Automatic hCaptcha solving on Steam pages, managed through a Telegram bot. You connect through the API; balance and statistics are available in the bot.

How do I get started?

Open the bot, press Start and choose My key. Then top up your balance.

Do I need to register?

No. The key is issued automatically the first time you start the bot.

Can I use my own proxies?

Yes, pass proxyType, proxyAddress, proxyPort, proxyLogin, proxyPassword. This is useful if the token must be obtained from the same IP you use to work with Steam. Without a proxy, the task is solved on our side.

Which captcha types are supported?

Currently, hCaptcha on Steam pages (store.steampowered.com, steamcommunity.com, help.steampowered.com).

#Technical

How do I use the key?

Pass it in the clientKey field of every request.

What are the request limits?

Up to 600 concurrently running tasks per key. Poll for the result of a single task no more than once every 2–3 seconds.

How long do I wait for a solution?

Usually 15–60 seconds. If there is no result after 5 minutes, the task is closed with the error ERROR_CAPTCHA_UNSOLVABLE and you are not charged.

Steam did not accept the token. Will I be refunded?

No. You pay for an issued token. Money is refunded only if no token was issued (ERROR_CAPTCHA_UNSOLVABLE, ERROR_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE).

#Payment

How do I top up my balance?

Use the Top up button in the bot: choose an amount, pay using the payment details and press "I have paid". After verification, the funds will be credited to your balance.

My payment has not arrived.

Crediting happens after a manual check of the payment and may take some time. If your balance has not changed within a few hours, contact support.

#Errors and support

The key is disabled (ERROR_KEY_DISABLED).

A key can be disabled by an administrator, for example for violating the rules. Contact support.

I often get ERROR_CAPTCHA_UNSOLVABLE.

Check the parameters and the request format against the HCaptchaTask section: fresh data, correct websiteKey, current userAgent, and that the page matches the key. If everything is correct and the error persists, contact support.

How do I contact support?

Use the Help button in the bot's main menu. Describe the problem and include the taskId.
